It seems to me that Shambhala is found when raising the awareness to this region of the Ethmoid region.. the climbing to the apex of the cranial mountain. There are yogic techniques to access this with the tongue which must be supple enough to stimulate the back of the nose roof of the mouth area.

Now if we look at the homing pigeon and then consider the story of Noah and the dove we can maybe get a glimpse of something very important.. and that possibly the flood or cataclysm was caused by a pole shift. The dove is also associated with peace and spirit and of course then this also ties in to the ethmoid area of the cranium. It brings peace to mankind.
